Our chartered architect is ARB and RIBA registered.
Our plumbers are all gas safety registered and our electricians are NICEIC registered.
Our builders, plasterers and labourers are all highly experienced, whose work is overseen daily by the director of Claremont Design Build. The director of Claremont Design Build delivers a hands on, on-site approach to project manage every aspect of the build from start to finish.
Our responsive office-based team are here to make your build process as stress-free as possible. The office is always available to answer any questions clients may have. The office communicate daily with the workers on site to ensure details and changes from clients are communicated properly. The office team are also responsible for ordering important items such as windows and doors, to brasswear and toilets, taking full advantage of the trade accounts we have with many suppliers.
Our experienced in-house designer is available to consult with clients about interiors ideas, create exceptional designs based on clients taste and requirements and over-see the procurement and execution of the design in any space. Design fees are agreed separately and drawn into the contract.
